NOTE: GameStat is a live-scoring app for amateur baseball: coaches and
scorekeepers record games; fans follow teams and view scores, play-by-play, and statistics.
Free tier (periodic score updates) vs. paid tier (real-time updates and premium features) —

3. Accounts and eligibility

NOTE: sign-in is via Google, Facebook, or Apple OAuth. Set a minimum
account-holder age (13+ or 16+/18+ — legal call, coordinate with the Privacy Policy's
children's section: account holders are adults/teens, while player records may

of information.
4. Acceptable use

inside the iOS/Android app, Apple and Google generally require their in-app
purchase billing (with their fee) rather than Stripe for digital goods — the billing
mechanics and this section must be decided together before store submission. Cover:
billing cycle, auto-renewal, cancellation, refund policy, price-change notice, and any
trial terms (e.g. the 21-day promotional trials granted by 2Seam Labs).
6. User content and licenses

logos, and game data — including information about third parties (players, often minors).
Terms should require the entering user to have the right/authority to submit that
information (e.g. team/league authorization, parental awareness), grant 2Seam Labs the
license needed to operate and display the service, and cover our right to remove content.
7. Intellectual property
